Tuition Information
Tuition for the registered attendee includes:

- Ground Transportation for the Week (students must arrive/depart on the designated days from the Will Rogers Airport in Oklahoma City, or provide their own ground transportation)

Pricing:
- Jumpstart Price: $2,245 (Expires 8/13/25)
- Early Bird Price: $2,745 (Expires 9/12/25)
- Regular Price: $3,245 (On or After 9/13/25)
Payment Terms: Full payment must be received within thirty (30) days from registration. If you have provided a purchase order, payment of the purchase order must be made within 30 days from registration. Pursuant to section 8 of the Terms and Conditions of your BuildingReports Service Member Agreement, any payment that Member fails to make to BuildingReports will bear interest at a monthly rate of 1.5% or the maximum interest rate permitted under applicable law, whichever is less. If any amount due BuildingReports remains unpaid by Member beyond thirty (30) days from the date such amount becomes payable, in addition to all other applicable rights and remedies, BuildingReports may elect to terminate Service Agreement or immediately suspend any further performance under this Agreement until Member makes all overdue payments (together with interest due).
Cancellation/Refund Policy: There is a no refund policy in effect for all BuildingReports events. The Service Member is liable per the payment terms above and outlined in the Service Member Terms and Conditions. Attendees will continue to be responsible for their own airfare and no allowances will be made regardless of attendance status. If an attendee becomes unavailable for any reason or employment status changes more than sixty (60) days prior to the schedule event, you have the option to replace them with another employee by notifying BuildingReports or elect to take a credit to be used for a future event within one (1) year of the originally scheduled event. If an attendee becomes unavailable for any reason or employment status changes less than sixty (60) days prior to the schedule event and another employee is not available to attend in their place, a cancellation fee of $1,000.00 will be due according to the Payment Terms above.
*As a convenience to students, and due to heightened airline travel restrictions, all equipment and materials can be shipped to business address via UPS for the student upon completion of the class. Shipping costs are included in the tuition.
